International Girl Pageant

Natural Pageantry at it's best....
International Girl Youth Development Program dedicated to providing inspiration and ambition to its participants. The program is designed to provide children and young women early training and goals grooming, social graces, talent training and educational values; the opportunity to excel and achieve their goals.

The Majority of our participants are honor roll students and leaders in their schools and communities. Keeping our participants active and involved stimulates interest, sets goals and creates ambitions that otherwise may be lost. Our participants also contribute their time and talents to charitable functions and organizations. They are wholesome, confident, and well-rounded and work hard to make a difference in today's society!

International Girl is a family environment! All of our activities and functions are planned with families in mind. Our participants enjoy the opportunities of events and performances nationwide while enjoying the "family vacation". International Girl offers three levels of competition; Preliminary, State, and the National Pageant in July where contestants look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Our focus on natural beauty, talent, and personality allows all participants the opportunity to compete in a "total package" program while enjoying the great parties and events in first class hotels.

The National Winners receive the official IG crown, banner, scepter and official award as well as educational scholarships, educational tour and performance opportunities nationwide. International Girl features several other award categories including Beauty, Talent, Personality, Photogenic, International Doll, and International Model & Talent awarding over 32 crowns and prizes to participants.

Educational Scholarships

National Directors, Norma Prickett, Dianna Prickett-Hamm and David A. Nelson are pleased to announce that International Girl Youth Development Program will award educational scholarships to the National Winners.* Realizing the need for today's youth to have every possible advantage and opportunity to further their education, we hope these scholarships will help make that goal of higher education possible. Once, again, International Girl really does make a difference!

About Our Program

Official Division
To be judged on grooming, poise, personality, personal appearance, stage presence, and talent (ages 7-18). All contestants will compete in close-up appraisal, sportswear, and partydress/evening gown.

Beauty Division
To be judged on grooming, poise, personality, personal appearance, and stage presence. Talent is NOT required for the International Beauty Division. Contestants will compete in Close-up appraisal, sportswear, and partydress/evening gown.

Optional Competitions
The International Girl optional competitions do not have a bearing on the official results. These competitions are judged by a different panel of judges and are created to showcase the beauty of a child, talent, or just allow for practice before the official stage competition. These competitions include:
